The Star Bar, Laurieston and Georgic have shelves of books that the pub goers were reading and sharing amongst themselves. Local bars providing a service. ( Also in Bay Horse Pollokshaws Road )

Yellow Bird - Paisley Road West Neat Old Toll , Viceroy and Stanley Bars
( They have a jumbo and a mini jumbo breakfast )
Queens Park Cafe - Victoria Road - Queens Park Cafe ( across the road ) , Victoria Bar
( Toast included, which is a miracle here )

* Good as in fry up with coffee for under a fiver. You may have different standards. Well done you.

Big lounge area through a door at the back lefthand side. Interesting glass work on far away left hand wall wall and an old style "I love my Tennent's Lager" poster just to the left there. Well worth a visit
